Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the StageX Academy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Algosys Technologies Ltd (trading as "StageX Academy"), a company registered in England and Wales.

StageX Academy is an online learning platform providing 11+ exam preparation for children aged 7–16, including practice questions, AI-assisted tutoring, progress tracking, and revision tools.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time with reasonable notice.

To create a parent account you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old
• •Be the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) who will use the Service
• •Have the authority to enter into this agreement
• •Provide accurate and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@stagexacademy.com.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

Children access the Service using a PIN or friendly username assigned by the parent. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use and keeping login credentials secure.

StageX Academy is designed in accordance with the UK Children's Code. We do not serve advertising to children and do not sell children's data to third parties.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• •Share, resell or redistribute subscription access
• •Use automated tools to scrape or reproduce content
• •Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

Access requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation: Cancel at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for unused periods unless required by law.

14-day right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you request immediate access at checkout, you expressly waive this right once the Service is provided.

Free trial: Converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Price changes: At least 30 days' notice before any price increase.

All content — including questions, explanations, software, design and branding — is owned by or licensed to Algosys Technologies Ltd (trading as "StageX Academy"). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

The Service is for educational support only and does not guarantee any exam result. We make no warranty that content is error-free or current with any specific exam board's requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algosys Technologies Ltd (trading as "StageX Academy") shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
