Your data rights
Delete your account & data
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your child's practice history and progress data
- Revision card performance and spaced repetition records
- Parent dashboard data and session logs
- Payment details (handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
- Any personal information provided during signup
How to request deletion

From within the app
Go to Settings → Settings → Privacy & Data. This will immediately delete your account and queue all associated data for permanent deletion within 30 days.

By email
Send an email to privacy@stagexacademy.com with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 working days
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Some anonymised, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for service improvement
