It is never shared with any third party, never used for advertising, and never used to make automated decisions that affect the child outside of the learning platform.
4. Children's Data
🧒 Special protections for children under 13
StageX Academy processes children's data under the UK Children's Code. We apply the highest level of privacy protections to all children's data regardless of age.
We collect only the minimum data necessary. Children's data is never used for advertising or marketing and is never sold to or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Children under 13 cannot create independent accounts — they access StageX Academy only through a parent account.
Parents can view, correct, export or delete their child's data at any time through account settings or by contacting contact@stagexacademy.com.
